Who we are

This website is operated by The House of Fabulous, a private membership styling house founded by Deborah Dedewo, trading as Deborah Dedewo Style. If you need to reach us, write through the invitation form and your note comes to Deborah directly.

What this website is

This site exists to introduce the House and to let you ask to be invited into it. It is not a shop, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Requesting an invitation does not create a membership, a booking, or any obligation on either of us. Deborah alone decides who is invited, and she is not required to give a reason.

Style Secrets

HOF Style Secrets are not yet on sale. Joining the waiting list only means we will write to you when they open — it is not a purchase, a reservation or a contract, and any price shown is indicative until they are actually available. When they do open, buying one will be governed by separate terms of sale written for that purpose, which will set out your cancellation and refund rights.

Using the site

Please use it as it was meant to be used. In particular, do not:

• attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been given
• copy, scrape or republish its words, photographs or design
• use it to send anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading
• interfere with how it works for anybody else

The words and the pictures

The copy, the crest, the design and the photography on this site belong to Deborah Dedewo and The House of Fabulous. You are welcome to link to the site and to share it. You may not reproduce it, sell it, or pass it off as your own.

What you tell us

When you write to Deborah or join the Style Secrets list, what happens to your details is set out in the privacy notice. In short: it comes to her, it is never sold or shared, and you can ask her to delete it at any time.

Links to other places

Where we link out — to Instagram or Facebook, for example — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for what appears on them.

Where we stand behind this, and where we cannot

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. Nothing here is styling, financial or legal advice for your circumstances.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always says when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
